TEDxValletta is a locally organized event designed to inspire and empower Maltese and international community through the sharing of innovative ideas and powerful stories. This event brings together diverse voices from Valletta and beyond, offering a platform for live speakers to present fresh perspectives and spark meaningful conversations. By exploring themes that resonate with the local context, TEDxValletta aims to foster a deeper connection among participants and inspire action that can positively impact the community. While guided by the global TED framework, TEDxValletta is uniquely tailored to reflect the rich culture and dynamic energy of Malta, creating a space where ideas can flourish and contribute to the ongoing growth of the island.
About TEDx, x = independently organized event
In the spirit of discovering and spreading ideas, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
